The Fifteen Mile Falls Hydroelectric Project provides numerous recreational amenities for the public to enjoy, including:

Twelve picnic area
Eleven trailered boat launches
Three portages
Connecticut River Paddlers’ Trail

Hunting, fishing, and nature observation

Great River Hydro’s recreation facilities are open to the public on a day-use basis only, from one half-hour before sunrise to one half-hour after sunset.  Please click here for a complete list of rules.

Recreational Use Survey

Great River Hydro is conducting a survey to understand how people use Fifteen Mile Falls recreational sites (includes Comerford, Moore, and McIndoes facilities). Survey responses will be used to inform GRH’s management of the sites. Participation is voluntary and responses will remain anonymous.
